OLYMPIA – State health officials suspended the credential of Clark County agency affiliated counselor Alicia Kaye Stowe (CG61090405) pending further legal action.
Charges state that Stowe committed unprofessional conduct when she crossed professional boundaries and entered into a sexual relationship with a minor patient. Stowe was criminally charged with first-degree sexual misconduct with a minor, a class C felony.
Stowe cannot practice in Washington until the charges against her credential are resolved. She has 20 days to respond to the charges and request a hearing.

Anyone who believes a health care provider acted unprofessionally is encouraged to call this number and report their complaint.
